He was reported on the spot. The footage they showed at AAMI was clear too, so I can imagine he could be in a little trouble..

Unless it was a different incident it was Solly for sure. That begs the question is Solly reported for one incident and a Carr for another? Show some discipline you idiots.
 
I think I'm starting to see CC's master plan.

He's been building our depth up not to cover for injuries, but so we can go out and belt one of the opposition players every week. Every week the opposition will be looking over their shoulder wondering if they're the one we're coming for.

Genius.

Commentators definately said Josh last night, hopefully the reports that it was Matt Carr are correct. Matt would be no certainty to play round one anyway with the form of Browne, Walker, Gilmore and Duffman.
 
I wouldn't trust the commentators to get it right.

That's (relatively) good news if it's Matt - losing Josh would have been a much bigger blow.

IMO I was at the game am pretty sure it was Josh... :confused:

The way he played last night, he would be a certainty for round 1.

Gilmore was quite impressive last night as well, he is quick

Now I really am confused. Maybe we can get off on a technicality if we send the wrong Carr to front the tribunal.

Looks pretty bad. His feet left the ground and he made contact head high with an elbow. Though it looked more like Bassett running into him, than Matty initiating contact. Other positive is he was looking away.
 
Just saw it too, does look pretty bad. Elbow was clearly raised. I'd say we're looking at a couple of weeks. Might get lucky with an early guilty plea down to one.
 
I thought the Matt Car hit was pretty soft, I don't believe there is too much too worry about, reprimand only imo.
