I've bagged him in the past and IMO deservedly so, but if he's anywhere near 100% fit I'm not here.

The season's over, just rest him Mick. Play Guy & Bryan, maybe one of them might actually pull their finger out without Josh to fall back on. Stranger things have happened...

(they have, right? Someone? Somewhere? Maybe not.)

I like Bryan.. Just want him to do something other than bump people and tackle lol..

God he was bad last night, personified in the last when they still had a little sniff and he fluffed his shot on goal from 35 out on the run because he was so busy looking for a tackler that wasn't there that he just got caught. Is this the same player that ripped Essendon a new one in the 2nd quarter on ANZAC Day?

Josh >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bryza.

Fraser is a 30 year old in a 25 year old body. Don't blame him for the fact he has been destroyed by the fact he hasn't had any proper support since he was 18.

Bryan deserves a chance he sometimes takes his physcicality to far but he is a much better option than Richards

There is nothing uglier than when Josh jumps into a ruck contest before the ball is even on the way down. That shits me up the wall.

I wouldn't care less if we don't have a back-up. Rest Josh Fraser!

Look at my team in 'My Team against Dees' thread. Im a few ones down.

i wouldnt mind seeing bryan given the chance to string a few games together. rucking is a bit of a rhythmn thing and maybe he just needs to get into the groove. he looks like he might be reasonably handy around the ground too. at this point i can't see why not as Josh badly needs a break from rucking and a chance to get into the game elsewhere. he looked knackered last night.

Straight after the last National Draft I emailed the club asking them to point me to the clause in the Collingwood Constitution that explicitly bans us from ever recruiting a decent young ruckman. I'm still waiting for an answer.

Josh is a back-up ruckman, who could do some huge damage to opposition sides if freed up to move around the ground. Agree with the posts suggesting that he has been prematurely 'aged' by having no support and having to carry the ruck since he was 18.

In fact we haven't had a proper tap ruckman since Monkey.

Josh is the standout of those 68.;)

Week before last it was Rocca the standout.
Last week I think I recall it was Lonie...no he's a long term member.

Whether Fraser is "the most over-rated in the AFL or not he's all we've got.

When Josh is awesome, it is rarely in the ruck, it is around the ground. Josh would be a fantastic second ruck to bring to mess things up a bit if things were not going our way. His forward going type/around the ground play is so unique that he can be a lethal weapon but he is totally ground down and spent in the ruck which is a shame. The match up decision makers don't use him creatively enough. Big waste of extraordinary talent.

i'm suprised we have won eleven games with so many over rated players in the team
