Adelaide Crows captain Mark Ricciuto has failed to complete the final training session for Saturday's AFL elimination final against Hawthorn but will be a certain starter for the match, coach Neil Craig says.
Ricciuto trained for about 10 minutes of Adelaide's 50-minute session at AAMI Stadium on Friday.
But Craig said the Crow's captain, who will retire at the end of the season, would definitely play against the Hawks on Saturday at Melbourne's Telstra Dome.
Craig said Ricciuto's brief session was a management issue but stressed the Brownlow medallist was in no doubt.
Adelaide has made one change, bringing tall utility Ken McGregor and dropping defender Martin Mattner.
Craig said the Crows would travel to Melbourne on Friday afternoon with their selected 22 and all three emergencies.

If they plant Ricciuto in the square, I'm not so sure the Crows can find the stationary target with 2 defenders draped on him. If the Crows actually use this strategy it could either be a decoy or a big day for the crumbers. I don't think this will be the area the Hawks get hurt in. We have to win the midfield battles. Go Hawks!
