Last week, a judge agreed to reopen the case.

This case is a real test. Many people have been saying for years that the DV system is set up to protect female criminals and punish male victims.

Will this be thrown out again - remember, over 100 orders against her - or will we finally see something change?

Just reading the little amount that's been released.
They appealed the original sentence from what I've read, so I assume that'd be done before a magistrate/judge?

There's very little info other than its taken 2 years for the case to be reopened
