Is it just me or have the club already chosen Simmo as VC and are just taking a eff load of time to announce it? He was sitting in the spot where the VC would sit in the team photo wasn't he?

. Kade Simpson says it's time for Blues to stand upSimpson said it was not just about having the right people in control of the right areas, but Ratten being able to delegate to that group.
"The way he has handed off responsibility to Brownie, JB and Richo has been super. He has welcomed those guys into the club and they have all been great since arriving," Simpson said.
"I have been doing some work with Richo, watching my tapes to see my running patterns and just trying to enhance my game."
"Of our leaders it's fair to say Marc Murphy, Bryce Gibbs, Jordan Russell and myself are not extroverted by nature," Simpson said.
"Chris Judd speaks for himself, Michael Jamieson has been fantastic and leadership comes naturally to Andrew Carazzo.
"Ratts has encouraged us to speak up even if we might feel uncomfortable.
"I just find it a bit harder in a meeting than on the field but as one of the older blokes and with a base to work from, I'm starting to feel more comfortable."
Great video Sin. I can never get tired of watching Simmo run in the open field like that. I just hope he (and Garlett) aren't too hard on themselves after the loss yesterday. I hope that they use it as a learning experience, and try and focus on being even better next week.
Great video Sin.
The fact that it was a draw is a saving grace. Had we ended up losing the game their screw-ups may have played on their minds a bit more, but, considering we still got 2 points out of the game, they hopefully won't be too hard on themselves.

Is Kade a midfielder again?
Just fearless with his attack on the ball.
Deserves a bake for his acting...
Kade Simpson re-signs for two yearsWhile there is much to be done on the field, Simpson has also dedicated himself to helping Down Syndrome Victoria as an ambassador.
The donations he generated from shaving his "Ned Kelly" beard last season went to DSV, and the relationship continued over summer.
"It all came about last year when I shaved the beard off for them. This year they approached the club about becoming an ambassador for them," he said.
"Now, any sort of events I can get to, I will. I am just trying to create a bit of awareness and exposure because they don't get a lot of publicity."
As part of World Down Syndrome Day, Simpson spent time on Friday at Melbourne's Federation Square, helping not-for-profit organisation e.motion21 deliver a dance and fitness program designed specifically for young people with Down syndrome.
