Its not illegal to open carry in Wisconsin.

Would it matter if it was illegal?

Again, let me ask you - you see a kid carrying an AR-15 down the street. People are screaming he's just shot and killed someone. You have a skateboard in your hands, and you decide to intervene to stop him. You swing your skateboard at him and grab at his rifle.

He shoots you in the heart.

Should what he did there be perfectly legal for anyone to do, or should it come with a criminal sanction?

Please answer the question and stop deflecting.

No. I’d want him to stay away as he had no training or support to do whatever it is he was trying to do. None. Do you understand?
Nor maturity. Nor experience.

As him finding himself isolated and then crapping his pants proved.

A little boy needing a gun to make himself feel like a man.

Perfectly legal to defend yourself which is why he is about to be acquitted. How is that hard to understand? Why attack someone with an AR15 with a skateboard? Kyle was retreating and not a threat and these morons kept chasing him down and attacking

The firearm charge wouldn't have been dropped if it illegal.

This is pure melt. Speaking of little men the group of cowards hiding behind the gang of rioters to attack an individual once separated from his friends is as yellow bellied as it comes. Hiding behind a car then taking off after him.

ANTIFA doesn't exist and is just an idea.

Why cant you campaigners ever answer a question? Always deflection.

Its no way to have an honest debate, and it only shows you know the answer proves your own argument wrong.

Pro tip - dont ever do it under cross examination in a court room. It's the surest way to have the Judge discount your evidence as bullshit.

Yes, we know now, Kyle is the true victim here.

Would you say the same thing if one of the kids at Columbine had attacked one of those shooters with his skateboard?

Depends on the circumstances. If the shooters were retreating and not a threat it is moronic at best. If they were looking to continue shooting and an active threat to others you could argue it was heroic if not misguided. The cowards at Columbine were the aggressors though so completely different scenario and not at all relevant to Kyle

So what the fu** did he think he was going to achieve? Really.

The armed citizens clearly stopped certain businesses within the community from being destroyed.

So just so we're clear here, you would support an ANTIFA member heading down (armed) to the Capitol hill riots, or at Charlestons 'Unite the Right' rally, and shooting those right wing protestors there under the same circumstances as this bloke here did to the blokes he shot?

Just want to make sure you're consistent here.

You'd be on the side of the ANTIFA member in that case?
If the Capitol or Charleston protestors were destroying property and bashing people at will night after night and law enforcement weren’t defending that property or those people then yes, I’d say the Antifa member was justified.

But it’s a moot point because Antifa are cowards who attack individuals in mobs.

Is that footage from this incident?

You're asking that this late in the piece. Might be good to get up to sp

I'd feel pretty comfortable if I saw it was you prosecuting me.

If the exact same circumstances occurred I would expect the same self defence outcome.

I'm just curious why this case has become a racial and political football. It makes zero sense.

Just had to get a couple of heads on pikes.

You think Kyles life has been milk and cookies since last winter? He was set upon did what he had to in order to survive (a anyone would in the circumstance) then been dragged through hell for it

You mean people got upset that he killed a couple of people?
