Others have got away with swinging the arm ( rabbit punch / rib tickler ). All deserve immediate minimum 1 week holiday.

One week for a tummy punch, 2 weeks for a hit to the head from the front and 3 weeks if it’s from behind. With more force being more weeks but as a minimum.
AFL should be stamping down on punching. Every year they say they will but as soon as some better players might get suspended they go soft again on it.
