This board has a general disposition towards developing players that small players are assumed to be bad and tall players are assumed to be good. Most of the time the opposite will be true.

I think there's also an element of expectation there that every player is going to look at home from the word go. Most players aren't Ollie Wines, Sam Powell-Pepper or Jason Horne-Francis and are actually going to take a handful of games before they settle in.
