Interestingly enough you can pretty much cross off both Queensland and NSW from playing the final already. Need to win all four (with bonus points in a couple) and need SA to win 1 more at most.

Tassie most likely to play WA for me, have 2 games against NSW and one against WA. SA have WA twice and Victoria, Vic's have Queensland twice and SA.

I got all excited about the Redbacks and their looming success so went to look at the fixtures and there's only 3 games left... 7 games each? Seems ridiculous to me, at least do 8. This competition gets neglected more than as they say a red-headed stepchild.

His stats just aren't that good (List A the exception) and has had plenty of opportunity. Maybe he just isn't that good, seems to have survived a while based off junior reputation. Seems a bit of a waste of a list spot on a List A specialist too these days.

Maybe, but he has a good array of shots so I tend to get sucked in.

Still scoring truck loads of premier cricket and hardly ever misses out when he plays 2nd XI. Fine to have as a depth option if we lose a lot of players to the squad for the India tests. Also, while it seems like a lot as CA treats the one day cup like s**t, 4 innings is really not a lot in the grand scheme of things. s**t happens.

Yes. When bowling first a double is when you chase within 25 overs, single when within 40.
