Where's the hindsight? I'm on record on these boards saying that certain decisions were balls ups when they happened. See Tarrant trade discussions in 2006, the 2010 draft or the problems with coaching recruitment going into 2011. All of those predictions have come to fruition. None were made in hindsight.
