No ads= best way to watch Masterchef. It's the one thing that has annoyed me this year- the amount of ads the show crams in!

In the end, Diana earned 90 points whilst Ben earned only 89 points, but on the final scoreboard, it read that Ben had actually received 90 points which was... awkward.

Many viewers did notice the mistake and took to Facebook to just let Network Ten know that they'd made a pretty big mistake.

I like this because it's an actual mistake. I left the building long ago though! Kinda happy about that

I also think Diana slipped up on The Project last night as well. Someone asked her about Ben cutting his finger and she went to say she wasn't there, but the panelists covered it up and then they thanked her. Diana said she would like a cooking travel show showing off Malaysian food. I think she would be more relax now that she is off the show and can do her own thing.

Ben and his stupid ice creams. I would of only scored Ben a 7 for his first dish then a 8 for the second as he wasn't that inventive. 8 for the desert as he left out the key element, the liquid stuff. For Diana 9 for her first dish, 8 for the second then 7 for the third as she also left off the key element, stalks were either missing or too short and her glazing off the fruit was not as good as Ben.

If Ben wants to work in the industry he would probably not see his kids that much as he would be working crazy hours.

Diana is an accountant, so I don't think she is lacking money so I think she will invest her winnings into her food venture. Ben OTOH might decide to pay a bit off his mortgage. I don't think he is too bright as he was finding it hard to understand the recipe.

No, all prize money is tax free. So if you win tatts or big on the GeeGee's you don't pay tax on the amount you win.

I didn't even watch it, lol.

Don't know why I couldn't get into it this year. Probably the personalities.

I also noticed the music a whole lot more this year and found it incredibly annoying. Stressful music... stressful music... pause... happy music! It's probably the same as it's always been and just my old man ear hairs being extra sensitive or something.

Think they may have amped up the soundtrack music this year. The serious / happy music always amuses me. You need to sometimes turn the volume down and then up when the cooking is finished
