Well since I've already pointed out the ball can strike the arm in an unnatural position and it's not a foul... they don't disagree at all.
Anyway, no point discussing this further especially while you're intoxicated!
I thought the ball hit Simpsons arm near his side in his natural running action, I don't think he deliberately blocked it with his arm. I still think it should be a penalty though, last man and the only thing that stopped it being a goal was his arm.
Can see why it wasn't called though, it's not out of the ordinary for the ref to be lenient when it doesn't look deliberate.
