I'd love to know how moving your elbow towards the ball is considered a natural position.

Well if this is considered a natural position...

Awful example. Everyone bar the [BCC]ICC believe that's illegal. FoxSports panel unanimous that it was a penalty (red).

I don't think it is a penalty. I'm obviously bias but it hits his elbow which is right in front of his ribs. Had it hit further up his arm, that wasn't in front of his body, then it would 100% be a penalty. The elbow (where the ball hit) wasn't in an unnatural position.

Just my 2c.

I see more ball to hand than hand to ball, so personally don't see it a penalty. His arm wasn't in an unusual/unnatural position, and he didn't move it towards the ball. His elbow was tucked in as he ran for Fuchs sake!

He moves his arm towards the ball and even though it's against his body, he uses his arm to guide the ball which makes it a foul.

Murali's action was illegal until the ICC amended the rules from allowing up to 7.5 degrees of bending the arm to 15 degrees for spinners. Murali bowled with an arm that was 12 degrees bent IIRC. They were never going to permaban him due to his high profile.

His elbow literally keeps tucked in as he's running. He'd done it for the previous 10-20m he'd been running also. Not sure what else he can do to avoid it bar lifting his hand well above his shoulder and singing the "I'm a little teacup" song.

An arm bent against your chest is an unnatural position unless it isn't moving and is just up to protect the face or other body parts and does not move to guide the ball. His arm was in motion, was bent up in an 'unnatural' position - i.e. it wasn't straight by his side - and guided the ball however intentionally or unintentionally. Straight red and pen.

He can tuck his arm in as the ball hits him and not move it. He doesn't do this and as a result his arm guides the ball. Not sure what's hard to understand.

No he doesn't. The ball hits in line with his body. His arm was further ahead. It hits him in the elbow which is by his side.
