In my family we refer to Micky O as the "Indigenous Rolls Royce". We have always been great followers of his game and the way he goes about it.

2 memories & one word to describe him:

1)hammy injury round 22 of i duno what year (2003?) against melb in final minutes of the game. misses finals. the pain, the agony, & that was only what i felt as a spectator!

2)giving it to the big boy last year a subi hehehehe

Despite all his injuries & the pressure of playing FF without locket or hall, & to finally achieve the ultimate.... simply "MAGIC"

That was 2003. We had so many injuries going into those finals. Really was the year that could have been. Do remember how we beat Brisbane the week before at the Gabba inspired by (I think?) a 5 goal game by MOL? For one week it looked like anything was possible. :(

We'll always have that Final against Perth from that year to keep us smiling though. :)

The final was in Adelaide against Port Adelaide in 2003:D

Wouldn't that be a Holden Caprice? :D

Only kidding. Indigenous Rolls Royce sounds about right to me! :o:p :thumbsu:

hmm....good question

My top 10 Swans players of all time:
1: Bobby Skilton
2: Paul Kelly
3: Adam Goodes
4: Barry Hall
5: Brett Kirk
6: Daryn Cresswell
7: Tony Lockett
8: Gerard Healy
9: Michael O'Loughlin
10: Andrew Dunkley

That's from the top of my head. :thumbsu:
1. Bob Skilton
2. Paul Kelly
3. Bob Pratt
4. Herb Matthews
5. Barry Round
6. Fred Goldsmith
7. Gerard Healy
8. Greg Williams
9. Michael O'Loughlin
10. Tony Lockett

Goodes, Rantall stiff. Don't think you can put in guys like Cressa, Hall and Kirk, albeit great players there were better Swannies players than these modern marvels. Goodes an exception cause he's won 2 brownlows and Mick cause he's been around as long as Lockett.

Tremendous player.

As a neutral, always a pleasure to watch his work.

Good luck against the Lions.

cheers :thumbsu:

I hope the team really lifts for this milestone. He'd be the last guy to ever ask for it but considering how few Souths/Swans players have reached 250 he is the first guy to deserve it!
