i realise it is only a practise game but that performance was nearly the worst performance for 3-5 years

Agree. Not sure how he manages to cop a fair bit of the blame for trades and players drafted from other AFL clubs.

He might be listened to, but I doubt he'd over-rule the head coach (assuming Harvey was the one that wanted him).

Unfortunately I think it has been Cameron Schwab who has had the final say on trades etc. in the past. I'm not sure whether that was the case in the trade period just gone however.

I think I agree with all that has been written so far.

And will add that Taz is far better than all of Campbell, Murph and Kepler.

Just remember that this was Kepler's first game for Freo - he got KO'd in Seth Efrica before he'd even had a touch.

Murph got three but didn't really look dangerous to me. At least Campbell throws his weight around a bit, and actually demands the ball (or at least tries to...) Murph still looks a bit uncertain or self-conscious or something.

Kepler? I don't know what to think. But I'm not holding my breath...

I'd have Kiwi in over Murph at the moment too. Seems to add a physical presence out there that we haven't been getting from Spud. Let's hope there's some serious competition between the two for the one berth in the 22. I don't think Murph has shown that he wants that spot enough over the past few seasons. Time for him to get SERIOUS.

I like both Murphy and Campbell, but in reality, would prefer a combination of their best assets to either of them individually. If we could combine Murph's deadly accuracy with Campbell's size, strength and ferocity for the contest, we'd probably almost have another Pav on our hands

I don't think there was any doubt, Murphy was always more highly rated.

I am however not ready to write of Bradley just yet, lets give him at least half a season before we start to cry doom and gloom.
