Interesting that Richo is saying that he could come back through the VFL seniors rather than the Dev League.

INJURY-PRONE St Kilda recruit Nathan Freeman could return to football as soon as next week as he recovers from yet another hamstring setback.

Freeman has lined up in two VFL reserves games this season, but was re-injured after both of those matches.

"It could be as early as next week. We're not sure. He's still got a few boxes he's got to tick," Saints coach Alan Richardson said at a club function on Friday.

"There's some top-end speed running that he's got to get through."

Richardson flagged the possibility that Freeman could return through the VFL rather than the development league.

"It depends a little bit on numbers, given the agreement that we have with Sandringham. There's only a certain amount of players that we can play," the coach said.

"If the numbers allow us to play him, there's a chance that he'll come back in (through the VFL), but that's something that we'll discuss."

Ticking any more boxes by Freeman will give him RSI

Been ticking, them, rubbing them out, ticking them again, rubbing them out again, then retacking.

It would be great if he could get back and play a role in Sandringhams finals.

LOL. What an idiot.
Aha, on the contrary, Impatient just revealed something new about himself, more than he may probably intended. He's a dad, who helps give a chop-out to his breastfeeding wife or girlfriend. Medela Calma teats are like the Rolls Royce of milk feeders for babies. Clearly, a caring husband and father, willing to go above and beyond! Well done, kind sir! I applaud you!

... or I may be projecting my own life stage onto his innocent misspelling...

Over thinking it? Me? I've just spent the last hour debating that in my head, and you're soooooooooo wrong!

I thought you were a professional over thinker Perse...aren't you a theologian? Hopefully that's taken as a joke as intended. anyway I'm in Europe ATM and the Catholic church has some amazing real estate here. I'm no Christian but the churches here are astounding. I'm in Bologna right now and you can't help but love the way the town still revolves around the church even if Sunday's are a write off.

Jealous. :( if you tell me you're going to Assisi, I might cry.

Nice town, amazing food (all the italian classics) and three of Michelangleo's earliest sculptures are housed in a tiny little chapel. But if you can get behind the facade of the universities its a whole different world! Some of the oldest learning traditions in the world come from the University system of that town.

Of topic I know...

Going to or is A sissy?

Went through Central Europe last year including Italy. My god the churches were impressive even for a non believer like myself.

Gave a great insight into the cultural influences. Vatican was also pretty impressive ;)

Speaking of Assissi, wasn't St.Francis of... the patron saint of lost causes?

Hopefully not prophetic in the Freeman thread.

No running out of time and still got Rome and the coast to do. It was pretty damaged by quakes from memory but would be amazing to see.

Yeah we are looking forward to some coast it's 38 degrees in Bologna I can't wait.

Small tip, ignore it if you want: If your going to Positano from Naples and your not hiring a car, don't take the bus, go to the Naples port and grab a faery, best way to enter Positano and Sorrento is by sea... Takes two hours, very relaxing and its has amazing views of Vesuvius and the coast.

If you happen to take a bus from the Amalfi coast around to Sorrento, make sure you sit in the seat directly behind the driver....

It's better than a rollercoaster ;)
