update:

Solid hit out this morning ... Intra club practice match ... Boys played pretty well Trengrove and scully were good Greeny and LJ kicked a few ... I was reasonibly happy with how I went kicked a couple played a bit up forward ... Clean up a few mistakes personally in the next week or two... overall plenty of positives to come from it all after a solid pre season

Off to recovery this morning pulled up really well from the first hit out yesterday
