March or april is the estimated release date but nothing has been said yet about an actual definite date most likely a thursday.

Most of the information, was true, but it was only the exact word for word facts from the FAQ that was correct. Everything he posted that isn't in the FAQ were lies.

Like him saying that the floods has caused a delay in the game were false. Also his claims of being in good contact with BigAnt, were lies also.

Really if he noted BigFooty as a source, he would have been in the clear, but the fact that he ripped off info from here and claimed he was emailed the info by BAS plus the making up of rumours, was the reason why he copped it.

How are those pre-orders coming along Glenno? Picking up a bit now? I imagine those covers you got will help soon enough. Will be interesting to hear if you end up with the most pre-orders or not after all this is said and done....let us know when the time comes.

im not to sure what stage there up to but is there any hope of a late feb early march release??? im so eager for this game i pulled out the ps2 and played afl 05 that was a really poor game but im desperate now

Yeah, going well

We have the most so far (we have a spreadsheet my Area manager can check)

So its just a matter of us continuing to talk it up. We only have some advertising around the counter at the moment, but now we will have a display in each section, so that will help push it to those who don't come up to the counter

Simply put, no.

MAYBE early March, but that'd be likely to be the Wii title.

The only thing a lot can do, is just wait patiently until we get the press release. The best thing will be that will give us time to get pre-orders on, learn more about the game, etc. and we will FINALLY know the release date. So until then, all release date speculation really is useless.

One of the achievements in the game should be "The Birdman" you achieve it when you take your first speccie

And in future versions the game should definitely include a feature the same as the madden franchise's madden moments where you act out memorable or season defining moments from the previous afl season IE if it was afl 2011 you would play out moments from the 2010 premiership season and finals series

Ross all the player models and stadia look AAA quality, really good work, but the grass stands out as one big flat blurry texture, i noticed the same thing in RLL, is this something you guys will tweak in the next game?

PS: seeing as your granting wishes any screen shot of Quinten Lynch before release would be much apreaciated.

Thanks, the guys have worked long and hard on the players/stadia.

I think you'll be happy with the grass in game, it just doesn't compress well for size limited pictures or video (all the greens get mashed together).

Hey Ross just on a professional level, how satisfied are you with the Create a Team feature? As in, do you think it's been done well?

Just looking to gauge your thoughts, because that feature will hopefully solve many fights with me and my mates when we have to choose a team to play as
