Why does the quality suffer if they have more money?
Better photos of the clash jumper. Looks worse the more you look at it. The back isn't a rose as well.2016 WB Clash jumper. Oh dear.
Slanted hoops? *shivers*Better photos of the clash jumper. Looks worse the more you look at it. The back isn't a rose as well.
And it seems like they've also butchered the socks.

Yeah, pretty sure that's the training guernsey. Has been some confusion about it but I'm fairly certain that the version with a smaller dog and slightly less objectionable hoops is the clash.Better photos of the clash jumper. Looks worse the more you look at it. The back isn't a rose as well.

They will wear it in the NAB, so at a minimum there will be the new collar.
I hope for one change, removal of one tramp stamp

They've changed the image on the Dogs shop as well. Interesting. Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse...
I don't think that bit is true.Geelong rebranded themselves as 'Geelong Cats' prior to the 2008 season with a new logo etc, they wanted to distance themselves from the 'GFC' moniker as it was associated with the Global Financial Crisis at the time. Seems silly now but supposedly that was the reason.
It's definitely the popular myth (either that or there was a soccer club known as 'Geelong Football Club' which had the trademark), however I'm yet to find any evidence of either.I've heard it multiple times but you're probably more knowledgeable on the topic
wheres da pic mateI think the photos are genuinely deceiving, when I took a photo of the Richmond jumper at rebel the yellow was much bolder in person than what appeared on my iPhone.
Yes they're not as good as other manufactures, but it's hardly the beige that the BLK websites seems to show.
The GFC acronym is inaccurate and misleading.I can't say I recall the financial crisis being referred to solely as the 'GFC' until around the time of the $700bn bailout package imposed by Bush. We hear the acronym now to quickly refer to the happenings of 2007-2008.
Why, because it was a result of various execrable financial practices? The GFC acronym is inaccurate and misleading.
While that's true that's not why. Why, because it was a result of various execrable financial practices?
Commonly referred to as the Great Recession in the northern hemisphere. Though I imagine they would know what you meant if you started talking about the GFC.While that's true that's not why.
The GFC acronym is mostly used entirely within Australian lexicon and not out. It's not a globally accepted term.
It's not a global concept, it didnt affect the whole world, and it's not a global term.

The subprime mortgages were only the catalyst. There were numerous underlying issues which, had they not been so neglected by political authorities, were the reason this got the 'runs' and trickled down.Great recession/credit crisis/global economic crisis.
It severely affected the financial state of those most exposed to the ramifications of mass-subprime mortgage lending. Those somewhat sheltered from the shockwaves weren't hit as hard as say, Iceland.
That's some excellent Google skills you got there.Great recession/credit crisis/global economic crisis.
