I don't think anyone but maybe Mero would have one. Given the basic shape though, you could easily use a pen tool to trace it.

I remember a post previously in here comparing “apparel sponsors” vs “apparel suppliers”, the latter being what we are seeing more and more now with New Balance, ISC etc supplying the guernseys but not sponsoring them in terms of logo space
