Well I noticed on the legends thread Boncer asked who wants to start a match thread. Meaning maybe in the next week.

I also use this opportunity to thank Zainta and tim_saints who have been excellent and taken their roles in their stride. I ask them to keep a massive eye out because there are still 2-3 spots that could change. The side is looking like it is almost there, but with a couple of holes to fill (Like naming Shallow twice) and one eyedtiger probably deserves a spot, but we shall see. So I must say I am relyiong heavily on the opinions of these two in finalising those couple of spots.

And it looks like the eligibility of Peterss has come under pressure again which is dissapointing from our point of view. I mean lets face it, the legends have shown no interest in playing him...And why would a legend come and nominate for the newbies? Fact is, he is somewhere in between, so in nominating for the newbies he has made his intentions clear. He was a massive recruit for us, it would be a big shame to lose that sort of quality when the legends aren't even going to play him.

We definitely should play him i think even thoe he probably deserves a spot in the legends

I see what you're doing very smart. Seeing they're randomly simulated, in theory there should be an equal number of good and bad games (like tossing a coin getting heads and tails). So you continually kicking badly in the practice games, come the time we play the Legends, you'll be more likely to slam on 8 goals straight. Ahh very smart

Realise though that when you slam on those goals i'll be taking credit for the goalkicking practice
