We've been relieved of Trigg, but who is next?

We have a few dead rubbers coming up so will we see a few more players tested given this is our first real Draft in a long time?

Or will we see some coaches announcing their intentions?

Hard to know whether Sando has the ability. He's pretty much playing three on six in the coaching box.

We HAVE to have a Senior Assistant and a proper forward coach. And Campo's time is probably up.

I think a forward coach is surely a priority (an actual forward coach who understands how to play as a forward). Some of our entries into forward fifty this year have bordered on comedic.

Our list needs a clean out but we haven't had the ability due to sanctions. Hopefully a return to normality will see a more ruthless approach.

I'm starting to think Mackay may have been on the 'up-skill' program and did some work experience as PA to triggy around 2010.

Not his fault we can't get the most out of him, and are then stupid enough to give him a long term contract.

Sando should have cleared the box when he got here. I feel like his tenure at the club is forever tainted by a group of coaches who failed the last head coach, and don't get me started on the limp-dicked administration.

At the very least Bickley needs to go. Our forward structure under him has been appalling. I'd say Campo should also go but I doubt the club would be willing to make such sweeping changes in one preseason.

We lost the Melbourne, Carlton and WC games in the same way - get 4 goals down, opposition puts 2 loose men back for the rest of the game, Crows refuse to do anything other than bomb in.

Our forward line game plan has stunk for a while and hasn't changed under pressure. Bickley needs to go.

Yeh, but I reckon the extra 2 years was in lieu of keeping hush on quality/spend in the footy dept. he came from Geelong, so he'd be acutely aware of the difference in quality between the 2 groups. He made his bed, he can die by it's sword. After all, fortune favours the 2 birds in the bush.
