Is currently listed at 192cm with presumably growth to come and a big vertical leap. If he's amongst the best players at the Jets as an underage midfielder, sounds like there is a heap of potential
Didn't I read another post from VD saying he was only 183cm?

EDIT: Found it.
NGA Prospect
Cody Raak- 183cm Ulitly, returned mid-season after injuries, played as CHF and CHB before now being played as a primary midfield

Western Jets list him at 192. Not surprising if he has grown, so much the better.

Seems to be getting better as the season goes on - what's he like (quality-wise) compared to Khamis? I know he was being tipped as a likely rookie pick-up, but he seems to be putting up some decent numbers lately, and I keep seeing him named among the bests on draft central. Making me think we might grab him towards the end of the actual draft for the senior list

Khamis was/still is a very raw prospect that has all the ability to lock down a role in the AFL so a lot of clubs skipped on him knowing he would take 3-4 years to develop his body and he was pretty confident he would go to Bulldogs.

With Craig, it's a little bit different. He is ready to go in and under midfield that willing to throw himself at the ball and be Rebels number 1 midfield. Though the problem is that his outside game doesn't match his inside game. Though he has done a lot to improve this playing at small forward from time to time.

In terms of the overall draft, he is very much like a lot of other players but what sperate him from others is his on-field and off-field leadership. His work in the Aboriginal community alongside Brett Goodes has been amazing and really showing back to back years he can lead a team.

I can def see Bulldogs accepting the bid for CCP in the draft and having him on the main roster but i can also see him falling into Cat B selection.
With more clubs looking at mature talent in the later picks, he could easily fall to us.

We need to bank picks for next years draft because we have some absolute guns coming through:
JUH
Ewan McPherson
Harry Sharp is also showing great signs and is highly rated.
Frasier Marris.

Yeah this is why I don't get the calls to dump next year's 1st without hesitation. We are going to need to accumulate some serious points, especially if Marra goes in the top 5 and McPherson remains a first round prospect. At the very least, we'd need to value trade that first for a bunch of seconds and thirds

I saw one Bigfooty draft expert had Nick Stevens in next years top 20 too.

Bulldogs 2020 group is going to be bloody strong

Can we take them all? JUH, McPherson, Stevens, Raak plus Sharp and Marris who I’d never heard of until the above post.
We could, depending on whether the club believes they have a place on our list. We overlooked Darcy McPherson thanks to having too many similar types at the time (including rating Honeychurch as the better, comparable player).

It's almost certain that we'd take JUH and McPherson at the very least, then the others could be highly dependent on where they are bid. Wouldn't surprise me if we do pass on at least one of them due to how many there in the first place. There needs to be the list spots in the first place, and if we are still desperate for young talls, I'm sure we'd pass on matching anymore mids

Was a story last week saying recruiters don't really rate the bottom end of next year's draft so if true it should be reasonably possible to swap 2021 picks for 2020 picks in next year's trade period.
