It's about time!

Under investment in an area where we have a clear competitive advantage was a big point of frustration for me with this current admin. Our catchment area includes so many diverse communities that are eligible as NGA, and with the removal of 1st Rd lock out we should continue to put more resources into this area over the next few years.

Connecting with these kids and communities also has the added benefit of creating future supporters as well.

WA Clubs, SA Clubs and North Melbourne put a lot of effort in their academy programs

Geelong will ramp their system up more now that they have our zones
