NTPM has stood down as Moderator of our Board and was one of the original mods with kristen5 if I'm not mistaken, when there was like one post per day!

So much thanks to Nick for his awesome contribution to this board. No doubt he'll no doubt still post here from time to time.

The bad news for trolls is that we are lining up a new enforcer to be named shortly. Watch this space...

Unfortunately my situation has changed in the last few months, and I am working over 40 hours a week as well as studying at university so it has made it harder and harder to find time to fulfill my mod duties.

I thought it would be in the best interests of the Pies board to hand it over to someone else.

just out of curiosity how are mods usually chosen? is it quality of posts, disciplinary record, friends of other mods, or a mixture of these and other factors?

Mods are chosen in a tournament of "2/3 falls" match series. The final 4 are put into a fatal four way tables, ladders and chairs match.
