I think he would get some interest, hes not a bad sized defender and can obviously play, so chasing coin at local level seems logical. Would get double the amount at local level rather than VFL unless he was teed up with an AFL affiliated club where he may be possibly drafted to. There are blokes who get $1500+ per week to play at local level so its obvious why so many past AFL/VFL players go back and chase coin.
It seems like he'd have the tools, but he never put on any weight (some talk about him refusing supplements and stuffing around with his gym program). Would definitely make sense to go back and chase some money on the side, particularly with a baby due any day now and his AFL career more or less down the toilet.

Shit pretty rough break for the young bloke, hopefully he can sort himself out, for the sake of his child thats due soon.

Just a ploy to get more people to the games which is fair enough I suppose. Will expose the lack of talent there is in the A-League!!

Still a bit strange having a properly named association football club going around. Melbourne City, in among with Melbourne Victory, Perth Glory, Brisbane Roar, Wellington Phoenix and so on.

Should buy some old Melbourne Heart kit and go along and pretend I've been around from the start ;)

They should have done gone with something more original like Morwell City. Heartless are like the equivalent of GWS.

I care too little to make a derogatory comment about either club :p I just identify as Victory because they were here first and they're not being run by the Arab puppetmasters looking to control a global 'City Empire'

Nice work by popovich to turn the air-con off
hahaha
Was a great game, shows that spurs bench depth allows the starters to rest instead of cramping up.

Spurs are a better team than last season.
Better bench may get them over the line this time around

Although it would be wrong for me to 'like' this post.

I cant let it pass without letting you know that it made me laugh a lot.

Was at Rebel the other day and saw some Melbourne Tigers jerseys on sale. Thought of picking one up but they all had 0 and Ubaka on them.
Why don't they print up old Gaze/Anstey/Worthington ones? I'd love to have one of those. Will never buy a Melbourne United jersey.

On another note, thinking of picking up a Melbourne Victory membership and jersey and getting down to AAMI Park this summer. Must keep out evil City. I'm starting to care about this

What about preferring exams to assignments? I've had 10 assignments at least but only 2 exams, would rather more exams and less assignments.

Assignments any day of the week. Would happily do them over Exams.
