That was the Comedy Company. There were a few skit comedy shows with overlapping cast, and I thought they were all pretty good. Some of them are in Open Slather. Seems like just bad writers.

Silk surprises me but to be fair I haven't followed state cricket that much at all. May as well get them in for summer. I wouldn't be surprised if Clarke fails in the second dig that he just pulls up stumps there and then.

Be still my heart. The Cubs have now won 8 in a row including 14 of their last 15 games. Today they beat the awful Chicago White Sox at The Cell. I'm worried. My brother(a WS fan) and I are going to Sunday's game. If the Cubs win tomorrow(Sat), then Sunday's game they will be going for 10 in a row.

I've been sitting in my basement for the past hour since the local tornado siren went off. Sounded again about 15 minutes ago. We still have power, but I can't see what it's like outside. Didn't sound too bad. Mum is in hospital which is kind of good. I never could have walked her down the dozen steps to our basement. Storm just hit the city and delayed the Cubs game. Tornado warning for another 15 minutes or so here. My poor cat, Lily, is next to me in her crate and scared to death. This is living in the Midwest.

At least I won't have to water the garden tomorrow.


Edited to add: I think I need to clean out the basement. No tornado in our area, but three about 80 miles south of us. Lightning hit a house two miles away, destroying the upper level.

Hey TheHoneyBadger we need a GTA session soon. Been hankering for it for a while now but LukasTheGreat and the other flogs I play with are too busy playing shit games.
