Eat the biggest of dicks, LeBron.

Extremely stupid move from Kyrie IMO. I guess ego > winning for him. Not unusual in the NBA.
Probably knows LeBron is out the door next year so beating him to the punch.

Warriors must be loving this unfolding.

That's how I see it too. Kyrie knows LeBron is walking next season and he is trying to force a move before being stuck in a middle of the road team with bad contracts and no trade assets.

Find it really hard to see a move taking place though. A lot of the moves that would have made sense for them have already happened (CP3, PG13) and there isn't a lot left on the board. The Irving for Cousins trade sounds intriguing.

Of Kyrie's preferred destinations. Can't see him getting to Spurs, a third team would need to pick up LMA contract. Miami is possible if they are willing to part with Winslow but they do love him. I can't see how he ends up in Minnesota and New York don't many assets to please Cleveland.

Going to be really interesting to see who makes a big play for Kyrie. Can see Phoenix going hard at him with Bledsoe + 1st rounder + something. Think he will play the year out and Cleveland will trade him if LeBron leaves and they go back into tank mode.

Why is it fait accompli that LeBron leaves though?

And sure Warriors are very strong but surely staying with LeBron is the only possible chance to actually beat them.

On the quotes I've seen Kyrie simply wants to be the number 1 guy. If he thought LeBron was leaving in a year he'd just stay.

Look at the stats of Kyrie on LeBron off. He's throwing away another year playing with the best player in the league because he's scared not ego. He says he wants to be more of the main man but really he wants to get to another team where he has another gun player beside him rather than be stranded at Cavs in 12 months.

NBA is the biggest loser - comp could be very boring next year (but for the Ball family).

He's been fairly open about wanting silverware. Kyrie going prob makes it more likely he teams up at Lakers.

Stranded at the Cavs or stranded at whatever other shiteful team he ends up at, what's the diff? At least if he stays he has another legitimate shot at a championship next season.
True - does have cutting off his nose to spite his face feel. I'd be more the happy for selfish reasons to see him at NY.

Need to get broadband for a new house, any recommendations? Only thing I've been told so far is to steer clear of iinet.

The area doesn't have NBN till next year.

I've used iinet for a few years now, no major complaints in relations to other ISPs. Sure they get slow at peak hours but Whirlpool tells me that almost every provider has that issue, especially the unlimited plans.

TPG if you can. Cheap, good speeds and very reliable. When I moved last yr, couldn't get them which was a bugger but was with them for years prior.

The Chicago Cubs have regained first place in the National League Central Division after beating the dastardly St Louis Cardinals on Sunday. Like the Bulldogs, they have a lot to do to repeat last year's championship. I live in hope once again. :praying:

The Cubs just beat the White Sox away to go one and a half games ahead in the National League Central. They are 11-2 since the All Star break two weeks ago. My brother says that they are now playing like the Cubs of 2016. Hopefully on Sunday the Dogs will turn things around too.

Les Murray has passed away.

Rest in peace great man. Your legacy will live long after your passing, through the generations you introduced to the beautiful game
Tremendous voice and presenter, whose contribution to Football in Australia can't be understated.

Just thought i'd ask if there were any smokers on here? Why? well i am pretty proud to say that I haven't smoked in 2 months. And if any smoker wants to know how to quite, save a butt load of money and not have ANY of the withdrawal hurdles...

I now vape, it is brilliant.

I took my wife to a vape shop to get her a starters kit device after doing some research on it. She wanted to quit but failed several times. I had no intention of quitting, since i enjoy smoking and have been smoking for about 20 years. She started using it and I would use it too because it tasted nice, BUT IT MADE ME QUIT ACCIDENTALLY!!!

lol i have now introduced my, mother, father, both sisters, one brother in law (other one quite cold turkey a year ago the hard way) and 3 nephews have stopped smoking and are vaping now also, all of us have been non smokers now for roughly 2 months or more and none of us have had cravings or any quitters aggro or weight gain from eating more often, eating patterns remain the same, And our wallets are very thankful. Oh and my house now varies in smells from blueberry to Napolitan ice-cream to strawberry and banana. :thumbsu:

Biggest shock was smelling my clothes after 4 days, had a big clean on that first weekend of all our clothes to get the smoke smell out of everything. So much cheaper then smoking and worlds healthier too. I would recommend any smoker wanting to quite try vaping. Youtube some vids on what it is and how it works, feel free to message me if you have any questions regarding trying it. I would recommend you go to a proper specialized Vape shop, as they are very knowledgeable and will actually help you to quite, not just sell you random stuff like a smoke'n'gifts shop or off ya tree or something that stocks a few bits and pieces.

What will it cost you to try it? 2 packets of smokes. I kid you not! A starter kit, for mouth to lung, like smokers do, is about $30. This is a mod (what they call the actual device) a tank (what the coil sits in and your e-juice), plus a coil and replacement coil all in one. (coils cost around $17 for a 5 pack, they last a few weeks each depending on the quality. (i have bought a better kit now and the coil lasts over a months each) Then $20 to $30 for the e-juice of your choice, depends on the brand, there are hundreds to choose from. and if you want nicotine, you have to order it from NZ, it is not legal to sell here over the counter, but it is legal to import. It will arrive in 2 to 3 days, 100ml bottle will last you 12 months, and costs $20. that's it, you are all set to go. Then all you do, once you have kicked the "habitual" smoking mannerisms and cravings, which i no longer have after only 2 months, because the vaping device looks and feels nothing like a cigarette, so helps heaps with that. And then you ween yourself off the nicotine, i am down to 3mg, hopefully will be 0mg after another month or so, but not forcing it. One of my nephews is on 0mg already, he is simply vaping because he enjoys the flavors.

They will tell you, have a cigarette when you really feel like one, don't stress it or force it, and vape the rest of the time. I was having a smoke with my morning coffee, after lunch and after dinner.... but after 3 days i stopped craving smokes all together, and when i tried the last one, it tasted like utter crap, i put it out half way. Couldn't believe how fast it worked, 20 years smoking, and probably 40 a day the last 10 years! quite in 3 ****ing days! Unbelievable!

If there are smokers here and wish to know more or have heard of it and are interested, feel free to PM me and I'll explain all that i know and how to get parts and things and help how ever i can.

Just to clarify, Vaping is NOT E-Cigarettes! E-cigs are made by big tobacco, and they are not there to help you quite. I tried them years ago and started smoking MORE after using that crap. Which is why i was so cautious of this vaping caper. Vapes, it turns out, are very very different, and their entire purpose is to get you off the stinkies! It worked for me, and worked for my whole family, i mean shit, my Dad has been smoking for over 50 YEARS!!!! it took him 2 weeks, without pressure, to get totally off the smokes, but it worked! He is as happy as Larry about it too.

Sorry for the big post, and i know it sounds like a bloody infomercial but i am confident now to write about it, over the moon happy and maybe help others if i can. :thumbsu:
