We'll agree to disagree then, Duursma's best be it inconsistent is way better than the other joker.
Duursma is a front runner.

I would NOT want him in my team when the going gets tough.

I don't know if they can trade it

They traded their 2022 and 2023 first rounder for JHF, aren't the rules that you're meant to use at least 2 first round picks within the surrounding 4 years?
Have they broken that rule yet, though? I reckon they can't have until after the draft (if they decide to).

In any case, guess what the penalty is? (you can't trade future picks)

I've recall some posters being keen on him during his draft year.

Didn't see him play though
I was. He was just behind jhf at one stage.

I liked his long left kick - top ten to top 20 and fell out to 40s

Be interesting to see what happened at Collingwood.

I'm not aa brutal on de listed players, so if it's something that can be solved
Didn’t he have a few injuries over the past few years including a bad concussion?

I really liked what I saw of him at SANFL level in his draft year.

If a player can't manage a single game in 2 years then is delisted they probably don't have it

There seem to be many here who cling relentlessly to their pre-draft views on SA players, particularly.
Mostly they are overrating them. Draper and Roberts, for example were endlessly touted on here, but would we really want to
go there now?

Surely, one's judgement should be based on what they have done at AFL level? At that stage, pre-draft form is pretty irrelevant.
I would have NWM in a heartbeat on AFL form, while he looked a bit weak to me pre-draft.
On the other hand, Stephens was popular here, but I wouldn't want him now. I have the same feeling about Phillipou, but I'm probably a bit early on that.

I think the AFL would allow it as they used it to get JHF who had only been in the system for one year. I think the rule is more to stop a club trading constantly for 30 years olds.
