I don't understand what people think is going on with umpiring.

Do people think:
A) We pay them off
B) The AFL instructs umpires to favour us
C) All umpires are West Coast fans
D) Our crowd has some mysterious effect on umpires that doesn't occur at Adelaide Oval, MCG or Etihad etc.
E) We cheat the rules

There was a big long thread on the Freo board about it. They ended up (according to the spread sheets and graphs) that it was the media doing it so they could sell more newspapers. Seriously.

Brought up Adam Goodes retiring early due to feral West coast booing and almost ruining the lives of Goodes and Winmar due to the noise from the WC fans.
Gerard asked in response "Are you a Fremantle supporter?". Joel replied with a yes with a "you got me" tone.
