Lamb has played one game. Nelson 15. Both will be stars

Duggan has a fairly solid spot in the team and managed it in less than a season. Cole has played 2 games.

We haven't seen a majority of our last two years of drafting. Where as Freo are in a list rebuild and playing near on all their kids. If we were in their position I'd agree but we aren't. Two vastly different teams in regards to needs, and development stages.

Partington has been touted as nothing more than a plodder with questionable disposal. Impeccable character doe. Sounds eerily Duggan like.

Seems like the MO for the last few high draft picks is to get really high character guys with noticeable flaws which can hopefully be ironed out by training. Which makes the Lamb pick all the more bemusing.

Feel it's the shadow of 2005-2007 era still hanging over us influencing these picks.
