Geelong blood new players and pension off old ones - and dont bottom out. Getting danger hasnt hurt of course - but i think their man management skills are something we should emulate not mock. We have traditionally had guys stay one or two years to many

Melbourne are patchy, today was a solid performance over a team behind them, and there's no guarantee they can back that performance up. Shades of us at the moment, just inconsistent. Gotta hope we meet them on an off day and we aren't in the same sorta form as we are now when they venture over the Nullarbor.

Both very very good pick ups for them. Vince would be damn handy for Adelaide at the minute. Made a few skill errors early today but makes so much difference to their rebound from defence. Without him and Tyson's vision around the half back line they can panic a lot and overuse it

I think lecras and butler should play another year
With all the crap on our list that couldn't possibly get a game there is plenty to make room for this years draft
We will need to keep some guys who can be delisted next year when its an even stronger draft

Just had a look at The Squiggle predictor, teams 1-7 finish on equal points at the end of the season (16 wins) with only percentage separating them - GWS followed by Adelaide on top. The Eagles finish 8th on 14 wins. Interesting times ahead if this comes to fruition. On that basis may be GWS v Adelaide GF.

i would pay over for him to be honest. He would easily be our best mid or on par with shuey. Statistically he is having an elite year and its awesome considering he has tagged play some weeks as well.

Yeah I hadn't seen him much since that amazing WAFL GF but he is in my SC Draft side so i'm taking more notice this year. Doing very well
