Only missed the Freo-Dogs final this year, and tonight was the fourth-best final out of the four I have watched (IMO). That's actually insane. There have been years where you might only see one final as good as any of those four.

Lions/Tigers and Cats/Magpies the two standouts for mine - I can't think of a better non-Eagles game in the last decade than that Lions/Tigers match. GWS/Dogs PF in 2016, Swans/Hawks GF in 2012 and the Magpies/Hawks PF in 2011 are the three that spring to mind straight up that would give it a run, but I think last week has them all covered.

Thought the standard of Swans/Demons game was higher than tonight, which was a pretty ordinary contest (both tightness and standard) for two and a half quarters but ****ing hell what a finish.
