Jenkins left because they offered him a main list position and he was out of contract. We wanted to keep him very much, but we weren't prepared to make him the same offer - and by offer I also mean opportunities. There was no 'oh this is a mistake' cries at the time, just a lot of 'would have been nice to keep him, but getting the pick upgrade is better than watching him walk for nothing'.
