The only reason Richmond aren't a Bottom 4 perennial these days is because of the drafting later in Wallace's tenure. If you want to attribute drafting to a coach, that is.

Vickery, Post, Hislop, Putt, Collard, Silvester, Cartledge, Howat, Nahas, Gourdis, Brown and Gilligan all drafted in his last 2 years. 2 are currently on an AFL list.
