Credit and respect to Richmond. They deserve it.
I'm glad West Coast & Adelaide didn't make the 8. Adelaide are just about the biggest frauds going around. West Coast is the only team in the last 2 years who have not actually beaten a side that has finnished top 8.
Outside of BigFooty I actually like Richmond because the majority of my family goes for them, but their supporters on here are some of the worst people I've ever come across.
What exactly did he say?Mark Stevens just made a joke about how Max Gawn may have done his ACL, he just cant find the bottom of the pit can he?
That he'd be Gawwwwnnnnnn for next season.
What terrible human beings they are.Hutchy just made the exact same joke.
I don't see how they Bradbury'd it. They won 9 in a row to get there, other teams didn't fall over.
And we got duly despatched in the EF.I see us getting into finals in 2009 as the definition of a Bradbury, really. We won 10.5 games and 9th (Hawthorn) won only nine. We were the best of an ordinary bunch hovering around 8th-11th that year.

Eagles would be pretty filthy with the Swans. You'd think if buddy played yesterday then the weagles would be gearing up for a final
They shouldn't be though.
Haven't beaten a finals side in two years.
Each of those 9 wins were worth 4 points. There are about 2 wins of genuine merit in that streak.
It's quite extraordinary that they've managed to turn a season that, based on finishing 5th and a fixture engineered to seat them in the top 4, into an effort more highly praised than St Kilda's resurrection in '11.
