If you had the 1st pick in the superdraft (with the benefit of hindsight and the player not leaving your club) would you take Hodge or Judd?
Judd without a moment's hesitation.

I take solace in the fact that Freo gave up a bigger lead against just as bad opposition as we bad

Not playing for Carlton helped in our opinions of him, too.Yeah Judd in the mid-2000s was simply awesome with his burst of pace from congestion, no matter how much of a twat he is nowadays.

Judd. Hodge is the most overrated player of the 20th century.

He could elect all he liked, but Collingwood still had to make the trade happen. West Coast accepted Kennedy, 3 and 20 begrudgingly, I'm not sure Tarrant, 14 and 31 would have cut it.Had Judd elected to go to Collingwood at the end of 2007 rather than Carlton, the results could have been truly scary.
Kennedy, Masten, Gaff, Naitanui, Sheppard and who else?West Coast had 12 first round draft picks yesterday. 12.
That's probably because he was drafted in the 21st century.![]()

Which ended up as Myers and Pears for us, am I right? If Judd chose us we'd have had to give up Gumby, pick 6 and 23.
