this is what I found on him on the AFL website...
Peel Thunder, 10 January 1989, 184cm, 78.3kg
Reimers has attracted strong interest from home-town club West Coast and could even jag him at No.29. Collingwood, Melbourne, Western Bulldogs, Fremantle and Hawthorn are others in the mix for his services, but the Eagles may just find they can nab him with their third pick in the draft. Don't be surprised if he is taken early in the second round, while the Bulldogs (No.45) or Melbourne (No.46) are not out of the question.
Highlights/achievements: Forward who attacks the ball fiercely, provides good defensive pressure and kicks goals. WA U18 representative and AIS/AFL Academy Graduate this year.

LIKE his older brother Aaron, Essendon draftee Alwyn Davey has had to wait for his chance in the AFL.
However while Aaron has been making his mark with Melbourne from the age of 20, Alwyn is one of the oldest draftees at 22. Matthew Knights, the Bombers new development coach, said that of the club's six draftees Davey was most likely to step straight into a senior role next season.
"No doubt," Knights said. "He's played in the SANFL at senior level for the past two years and he uses his speed as a weapon both offensively and defensively, which is a great attribute to have.
"And I think that's what was very appealing, and the fact he's very neat with his kicking skills, both in general play and for goal.
"Those sort of players can break games open and I think Alwyn's going to be an exciting prospect."
Knights said recruiters may have taken longer to recognise Alwyn's skills because at 18 he returned to Darwin to play.
"Then he spent the last two years at South Adelaide, and I guess that's where he's really caught the eye," Knights said.
Knights said Bachar Houli, 18, also recruited from South Adelaide, stood out when the draftees were tested yesterday.
"The way he's trained suggests he comes with a very professional attitude and he's ready to play.
"He's a young man who's going to give himself an opportunity to play senior football sooner rather than later."
The Bombers' prize pick is Scott Gumbleton, who was secured at No. 2, and while only 18 has a man's build of 197cm and 93kg.
The Bombers' other draftees are Leroy Jetta, 18, from South Fremantle; Tom Hislop, 18, from Tassie Mariners and Kyle Reimers, 17, from Peel Thunder in WA.
does anyone know who is training with us at the moment?
damn, i was hoping adams and grose were with us aswell.James Bennett, Belconnen; Matthew Firman, Essendon; Ryan Gale, Claremont; Rennie Gilchrist, Sandringham; Ben Jolley, Essendon; Mitchell Keddell, Shepparton; Justin Maddern, Bendigo Bombers; Tim O’Keefe, Essendon
wouldnt mind him on our rookie list. Here's a little article on James Bennett who is training with us, from the Canberra times paper -
A veteran and a rising talent are equal favourites for tonight's Mulrooney Medal count which decides AFL Canberra's best player.
Hardnosed Ainslie midfielder Billy Neely and Belconnen young gun James Bennett both have strong claims going into tonight's vote count, which league insiders tip will be one of the closest in recent memory.
Neely, 27, was the runaway winner of The Canberra Times-Jetset Southlands Player of the Year award this season after a scintillating first year with the Kangaroos.
The ACT representative and All-Australian country player has previously shown his ability to impress umpires, having been a top-five finisher in the SANFL's Margary medal in 2004 while playing for Glenelg.
Bennett has been equally impressive during his breakout year with the Magpies, headlining a high-quality midfield despite his tender age.
The 19-year-old has been a clear standout ball winner and is one of the leading centre clearance players in the league.
i thought i read in the sun yesterday where it said every team must have 4 picks in the rookie draft, anyone no if that is the case?
