LeBron is still the league MVP.

Yep - another triple double today. He is the best player in the league. The only one close IMO is Durant. 44 points against the Nuggets.

Look how the Cavs have gone without Lebron. First to last. Now thats gotta say something about Most Valuable Player.

Cant believe people were saying Gasman for MVP. He is playing like a pussy at the moment. The guy needs a fire under him cause he can be a top big man.

Dwight is a potential MVP but until he dominates like Shaq did he is not quite there.

BTW,
I really believe Kobe is declining athletically. Wade shut him down today. He will still be a top 5 player as his post up shot is second to none but I think he is finding it harder and harder to keep up athletically with some of the younger guys.

Was always going to be tough without Noah. Went a long time without scoring in that last quarter as well which didn't help.
im sorry we had to inflict another loss to your teams tally RL :D

unfortunately hangers on and suckers in the media fellate lebrone at every opportunity. best player on the planet, but a w***er.

I kinda like Lebron and Miami as supervillains. Like the old Bad Boys Detroit. They should lap it up.

Notice they are on a good win streak on the road where they cop the most shit. Seems to be binding them together. They are more likely to lose at home where the relax and get the cheers.

BTW,
I actually think the media love Kobe much more than Lebron. (Especially since the decision)

Would love to know what the two of them were saying to each other in the 4th. One sentence from Kobe looked like he was saying "I am a champion" but Kobe reported he was asking Lebrone what he got for xmas.

Just read that Lakers are 2-4 against 500+ teams. Thats a concern with tuff schedule ahead.

I guess the question everyone wanted to know was how the Heat would go against Lakers front court size but what they forgot is that the Lakers big men are soft defensively compared to Boston. This means Wade and Lebron have no fear of driving to the rim.

I think the Heat will have a lot more problems against Bostons shot blockers who wont be afraid to put them on their ass.

If Lando/Bulls/Knicks keep getting better than the EC play offs are set to be huge.

Not a good day with Australia getting rolled and Adelaide United losing.
well Adelaide Utd is the only issue i have there. I go for them but had coin on CCM to win by 3 goals or more. Screwed both ways.

England are just lovely

I got on Chicago for tomorrow, good odds for them. Expect them to bounce back

Wizards deny report of teammates' fight

The Washington Wizards denied a Washington Post report Saturday that two teammates were involved in an altercation outside a local nightclub early Friday morning.

According to The Post, power forward Andray Blatche and center JaVale McGee were involved in a dispute outside the Shadow Room

And then

12/25 J. McGee, WAS, FC Team Suspension One game for conduct detrimental to team
A. Blatche, WAS, FC Team Suspension One game for conduct detrimental to team

That team is a mess.

FU Saunders. Was really looking forward to watching Wiz-Spurs today, without McGee and Blatche! it's just not the same.

Also, this:

and that's why stats dont always tell the full story. i blame fantasy sports. got mates who pull themselves over this sort of stuff. sure it can be fun but they take it too seriously. one of them even threw a tanty when he lost in the final.

the organisation should be asked why they lied to the public in the first place.

For sure and I think lebrone who loves it most. More and more when he hits a shot from outside and its clear he has copped it from someone in the crowd he will turn around clap has hands and yell at them more than I have seen anyone else in the league.

agreed. angry lebrone is dangerous. dont think hes hitting shots to score for the team but. its more about himself and trash talking the crowd, who cant go auburn hills on him. yep thats right lebrone, sledge people in the crowd!! tough guy. he's protected.

To new Orleans or phoenix?

Phoenix. Considering how good Vincanity looks in a suit im thinking he can pull off some sort of new marketing gimmick where he just plays in a blue suit for the rest of the year

In all honesty I think hes staying in Phoenix. They just want him to get rid of the niggles before he starts

niggles? he probably played with a niggle or two (although not too big a niggle cause that would place him on the IL) at orlando.

probably sees that phx are on the way down and dont wanna play.
