I'd look to bring in Ken Hinkley in some capacity. Maybe not direct coaching, more player development.

Say what you want about Ken, there's no coach in the league who has formed better bonds with their players.

Could be an important cog in keeping this young group together long term and getting some experience around Mini.

Ken as support cast is absolutely the play. Had his struggles as head coach but if you can take tactics out of his job description he’d be a very good pick up
