Heath Shephard is another who kicked 5 on debut and took a mark of the year contender but didn't do a lot more in the 15 or so games he played at 2 clubs.

I remember Healy kicked 6 against the Eagles perhaps the winning goal on his bday in 1998. Maybe he was more than a one game wonder for the saibts but that's what I remember him for.
