I laughed when I read that too. Voss, Lappin, Aker and Black in their prime are much better in their prime.

Bloody oath!! Even compared to how fast todays game is played, the lions had incredible leg speed, that video just goes to show how quick they really were - and that was coming off a grand final loss!!

There would be no contest if the pies played brisbane with umpires from back then, but I guess if the game was umpired on todays soft standards it would bring the pies back into the fray as Brisbane wouldnt be able to play as hard as they did back then.
