Over/Under coached

I want to throw this out to everyone on whether the list we currently have should be over over or under coached?

I have read some things (and believe myself) during this season that CC's possible downfall was that he may have tried to "over coach" a group of players that quite possibly could have won a G/F of their own natural talent.

If this is true then the selection for the next coach will be very important.

Harvey appears on the surface is allowing the players to play their own game and tactically placing them in the right spot, but then the crusty old man by the name of Sheeds may possibly be able to instill discipline and just let them get on with it.

Really i'm not sure

Mark Harvey has been in charge for ONE game.
