The entire premise of the thread is flawed (and factually inaccurate).

It takes a while for most players to develop to AA level. There were only 4 players in last year's AA who've been drafted since 2008, and 3 of them were top 6 picks. Plenty of guys drafted under the current regime simply haven't been around long enough to be a chance for AA yet.

If you made the same thread about our old recruiting team at the same stage only Pav and Hase would have been AA. The rest didn't make it until much later in their careers.
