I love Pendles as much as anyone. And as a supporter it's kind of sweet what he did (if it's true). And I'm not suggesting that he would or should get sanctioned for it. But I'm pretty sure that the AFL and / or Collingwood will tell him not to do it again for good reason.

BTW, Trelor will be told by GWS that he shouldn't be accepting coaching tips by the opposition.

Treloar was interviewed on SEN heard it about 7pm tonight - he was raving about what a top bloke Pendles was, and what a privilege it was to play on such a top player and how much he learned.

Was also saying how Pendles was directing traffic amongst the Pie players, organising structures, telling players where to move to, demanding the ball, and also how the Pie players did everything he said and how their huge respect for him was obvious.

Sounds like a true leader in due course.

And agree with others- if ever Treloar wants a change - first place he'll want to come to will be wherever Pendles is!

I think it's great by Pendles. It's not like it was going to affect the result of the game and it certainly won't result in Trelor being a gun. He will be a gun regardless of what Pendles told him during the game. I would be rapt if we somehow got him to Collingwood, the kid is going to be a star.
