Richards bolting, Twomey now has him almost in the top ten... Wouldn't even be that much of a reach at 6 based on that!

Must be annoying being a recruiter. Say Dekka's been keen on someone like Murphy or Richards for a later pick all year, then they go ahead and have a blinder and now will require pick 6!
A month ago my nickname was looking good... now he's fallen off the map :(

No it's not. I prefer being able to read all posts, not just those that mirror my views.
There’s a difference in intelligent conversation with differing views, and people out to belittle people and hammer them over their heads with their ego, but each to their own.

No it wasn't, a month ago you were called SchacheAttack or something and even if you were always DraftBalta it was never looking good.
I blow with the wind and the prevailing wind 4 weeks ago (when I signed up) was Balta

Can see the Dogs being keen on Richards. Perfect Murphy replacement.

Just to clarify you aren’t referring to TGG there are you?

I like the quote (first heard it used by Denis Pagan years ago but don't think he invented it). It applies on this site..

"Be careful of arguing with an idiot because you will end up being taken for an idiot too".

But you need to start by identifying which group you are in, in your case, I don't think you have worked it out yet

FWIW don't think we will pick Murphy as it hasn't come from the club. I want to pick Coffield, but signs point to Naughton. But this does seem one of the strangest drafts leading up, where even pick one is still unknown!

I like Mark Twains version.

Never argue with an idiot, they will knock you down to their level and beat you with experience.

At least five Draft prospects are set to run the 2km time trial this Friday after injury restricted their ability to participate in last month’s Draft Combine.

A number of hopefuls are also expected to undergo extra medical testing with Club doctors.

Leading candidate Cam Rayner is amongst the small number of prospects who have a final opportunity to stake their claims in front of Clubs at Etihad Stadium.

Rayner's explosive streak, his goalkicking prowess and strong overhead marking have made him the most exciting player in this year's Draft pool, but clubs have held some concerns over his endurance base and ability to play in the midfield at AFL level.

However, after sitting out the combine with a knee complaint, a strong run in the time trial on Friday could be the final tick for recruiters weighing him up as a top selection.

Darcy Fogarty, Callum Coleman-Jones and Charlie Constable will also run in the time trial having nursed injuries in October, while Lachie Fogarty, who did not attend the combine through illness, ran his time trial on Tuesday.

Darcy Fogarty has been out of action since mid-season knee surgery, but is in the mix to be a top-10 selection, with North Melbourne, Collingwood and Carlton all linked to the strong-bodied forward

Both those clubs have a pick before us :(

Mature-ager Tim Kelly, who shone at WAFL level this year, will also complete a 2km time trial in Perth.

First time I’ve seen Fogarty linked to us.

I just think he lacks poise.
Most guys his age do.

Carlton will go Reyener or Dow North will go Stephenson or Cerra I reckon. The real worry is Freo after the Fog with one of their 2 picks. Although they have already invested in a power forward so think they will look at best mids. I hope we don’t overlook the Fog and leave him for the Saints or worse Carlton. Will be the best from this draft in our premiership window coming soon!!
