Toby Greene over Peter Daicos is a strange one. Greene is a gun but he is not fit to walk in Daicos shadow.

I think he is one his way, he has been close to the best player in the competition the last couple of years and all Australian captain. Was Daicos ever the best player in the league?

Daicos revolutionised the goal sneak small forward and indeed what can be expected of non-set-shot goalkicking generally, but Greene has been the more complete player. Superior overhead and in creativity for others - though prone to extraordinarily dopey brainfarts to get himself suspended.

Creativity for others? Daicos was the assist King. I assume you don't remember Daicos as a midfielder.
