My wishlist:
#26 jonathon marsh - direct crameri replacement who can play mid. - really impressive video
#55 garlett - if available here he simply must be taken. This is more than doubtful.
rookie list:
Nankervis - probably taken in ND. Would take at 55 if garlett is not available.
Thorp - solid KPF backup, don't think tassie state league form translates that well

Listening to trade radio for first time. Damien Barratt is like a giant creamy turd on the carpet. Thank god for Wallace - that says something also.

Interesting that Chappy was for 84 and not 66. The great man Dodoro think we may still be "live" at 66? What's the in and outs situation with the list and where does this leave the guys yet to sign. Seems Alwyn's gone and question marks on Pears maybe? Or is Dal going around on the rookie list again? Someone crunch the numbers for me, I'm awfully tired...

In (Out)
Chapman (Crameri)
Edwards (Gumbleton)
Aylett (Davis)
Pick #26 (Hille)
Pick #55 (Lovett-Murray)
Dalgliesh (?????)

:( will miss the big clunk.

He genuinely has my blessing to do whatever is best for him though, no animosity there at all.
Freo played some serious hard ball with us and won these past few weeks.

If not for the outstanding bloke gumby is I would have let him walk to the PSD and redrafted him just to piss freo off.

Good luck to gumbletrom anyway

Good lucky gumby, hope you get things back on track!

But....be prepared for a mauling by Jake Carslile.

Getting pick 55 for Gumbleton really amounts to getting nothing. As we are unlikely to even use 55.

What a disaster Gumbleton turned out to be. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but imagine if we'd used that really early pick on someone else.

We're pretty freaking likely to use pick 55.

Given we have to use 3 picks and it is our second highest.

Yer but if we did pick a mid we may not of drafted Zaha, heppell and all of those guys. We are in a good position to finish on the top of the top half so no complaints here, win some u lose some

Dodoro made it clear that we will have 2 live picks 26 and 55. 66 will be a rookie upgrade.

Hopefully ant555 will give us an indication who may be available at 26 and 55.

And if we picked Lachie Hansen?

And if we picked Lachie Hansen?

Or Leunenberger. It was a stuff up, but lets be real here, Gumbleton was the best rated KPP in that draft by an absolute mile. It was unfortunate injuries happened.

The pick 26 will be the interesting one, hope a Luke Dunstan is available, otherwise Gartlett or Marsh might be the money pick. Pick 55 who knows, would rather target a needs based selection whether that be a genuine crumbing forward or an outside midfielder.

In hindsight picking Gumbleton was an unqualified disaster but it wasn't his fault (for the most part).

Hopefully he kicks a solid but not overly significant amount of goals next year (25-35) and finishes his career humbly after several additional years of similarly mild returns.

That way he can finally enjoy several years of injury-free footy (which I'm sure is his main aim) and more importantly WE can rest easy knowing we made the right decision (to trade him) given the circumstances.

Good luck Gumby and I wish you success... just not too much of it :(

Outside mid? Like Stanton, Zaka, Goddard, Merrett (transitional), Ashby (from reports), Browne and Colyer?
