Tim's a peice of shit. Nasty, self absorbed campaigner. No doubt Tim got the lad a job because of who he is, but Jobe comes across as a far nicer, humble bloke. Can't commentate for shit, but not many of them can.

I know that looks confusing, but philthy05 is right. The pick 18 we got from Saint Kilda blew out to 23 (Williams) due to academy bids and also due to a last minute pick swap with Brisbane.

The Georgiades pick was originally 16 when we got it from Brisbane for our 2020 first rounder and a 2nd rounder. Was not happy with that deal at the time, but looks astute now, especially with the 2020 Lachie Jones selection factored in.

had a short stint on radio as a special comments man not long after he retired - deep thinker, but not a great communicator and had a few bloopers that became known as Jako-isms. Adrian Barich used to send him up mercilessly and it got to the stage where Jakovich took legal action, for damage to his professional standing/earning capability.

I heard Jako on the tv in the Marsh series games this year and he sounded just as bad as I remembered. Haven't heard him since, so maybe Seven came to their senses.
