Safe football is boring football and it wont get you any success. That has been the most disappointing thing since 2014. In that year we were fearless and took everyone on and it nearly paid off. Now the players are forced to play a safe, structured game and we are predictable and easily defeat-able.

To be honest our board is pretty open compared to others.
Not sure if other clubs boards are to harsh or maybe ours is a bit lenient?
